Rav Brown is a graduate of the Hesder Yeshiva Har Etzion where he learned for 7 years. He received semicha at that time from the rabbanut. He is also a graduate of The Yaakov Herzog Teachers' Insitute. Rav Brown has been working in Midreshet Lindenbaum since 1986, in various positions such as Ram of Talmud, Tanach and Halacha, Av Bayit and director of the Israeli program.
