God willing, I will be back in London in November for the annual Lindenbaum recruiting trip.  I am particularly excited this year because we are planning an alumnae shabbaton the shabbat of Nov 7, 20th of Cheshvan, Parshat Vayera, and, of course, everybody is invited. Ruth Arkush (ruth.arkush@ntlworld.com) has generously volunteered to help organize, but she is studying in Manchester, so in addition to her we could use at least one more person to help organize on the London end. I really don't know the lay of the land and what is the best neighborhood, how to arrange effective housing, etc.  But I assume you guys can help figure it out.  So, at this point, we need to know 1) if one or two people want to volunteer to organize and 2) if you plan on coming. 
 
A few more things about recruiting.  If you know of students in "sixth form" this year who might be interested, please ask if they mind being contacted and send me their contact info.  or alternatively let them know that I will be in London in early November to meet potential students and those who want to hear more about Midreshet Lindenbaum.  We are organizing a shiur-shmooze for students and their parents on Sunday, November 8, (21 Heshvan) at 4:00 PM at the home of our alumna, Gabi Kobrin, at 5 Brim Hill, N2 0HD.  We think that actually learning together is a much better way of getting a feel for the school than just sitting at a table at the "Sem fairs."
