About the Bet MidrashMidreshet Lindenbaum has served as the premier institution of higher Jewish learning for women for over twenty years, with a variety of programs attended by many women from Israel and overseas. After many years of planning and dreaming we have finally moved into our new Beit Midrash! The Beit Midrash is a beautiful, bright room, with windows overlooking the new, spacious courtyard, a room large enough for all of us and all the sefarim, a room that has a sense of tranquility and dynamic potential.
We are still in the midst of renovations on the existing building as well as completion of the adjoining structure which will ultimately include new classrooms, an auditorium, dining hall and refurbished dormitories.
After completion of this stage of construction, the entrance to the Midreshet Lindenbaum building will be transferred to the south, so that all those entering and exiting the building will pass by the Beit Midrash. In this way, the Beit Midrash, the spiritual and ideological heart of Midreshet Lindenbaum, will also become situated in the geographical center of the building.
